楼主验证了很多，但不敢全部赞同。
赞同楼主说的从自身上来提高，少用喷剂的说法。
但不赞同能延时而不麻木的喷剂是不存在的说法，这种商品还是有的。层主用过。言尽于此，否则成广告了。
